Full top-to-bottom service. Allow 3–4 hours for a 1-bed, 5–7 hours for a 3-bed. You don't need to be present.

A full top-to-bottom service: kitchen appliances inside and out (oven, fridge, microwave), bathroom descale and sanitise, internal windows, skirting boards, marks removed from walls, and carpets vacuumed throughout. We provide a full photo checklist designed for landlord inspections.
No — you can leave us a key or entry code. Many clients hand over and come back to a spotless property. We'll send you the photo checklist as soon as we're done.
Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on (priced by room). The standard end of tenancy clean includes a thorough vacuum throughout.
